About
The name Lumàre is born from the union of lume — light — and
mare — the sea. It speaks to that sacred moment in Sanur when
the first light of day rises over the ocean and Mount Agung
awakens in the distance. In Bali, light is an offering — a daily
renewal of harmony between earth, sea, and spirit. Lumàre is a
tribute to that balance: where sunrise meets salt air, and the soul
finds stillness in motion. Each cocktail is crafted in that same spirit
— luminous, layered, and alive with the quiet magic of the island.
